The Wild New Theory About Who Billie Piper Is Really Playing in 'Doctor Who'

It’s a strange time to be a Doctor Who fan. Even before the BBC and Disney ended their production partnership, putting the arrival of new seasons on pause, the future of the show was full of questions—including, most pressingly, who exactly emerged after Ncuti Gatwa’s Fifteenth Doctor regenerated. We all recognized former Doctor Who main cast member Billie Piper, but it was very unclear which character she was supposed to be.
