Metal Gear Solid Delta Will Add A "Hide-And-Seek-Based" Multiplayer Mode This Fall
Metal Gear Solid Delta, a remake of the PlayStation 2 classic Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, is set to launch on August 28th for Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5, and PC. The game will take players back to the jungles of 1960s Russia, where they'll relive the first story in the Metal Gear Solid timeline. In addition to the main campaign, Konami has announced a new multiplayer mode called "Fox Hunt." This "hide-and-seek-based" mode will use "sneaking gameplay elements iconic to the Metal Gear series" to amplify the tension of the hide-and-seek experience. Fox Hunt will join two other side activities, Snake Vs. Monkey and Snake Vs. Bomberman, which will be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, respectively. The game is available for preorder, including a $200 Collector's Edition that comes with a diorama of Snake in the jungle.
