Over 100 million users are actually using Google Search’s AI mode

Google's AI-powered search mode has reached a significant milestone, with over 100 million monthly active users. The new AI mode was launched in late May 2023, replacing the old "I'm Lucky" button, and is currently available only in the US and India. Despite the hype surrounding AI and Google's strong push for the technology, the 100 million user count seems relatively low, given the size and widespread use of Google Search. Google has not yet revealed when the AI mode will be made available in other countries and regions. Additionally, the tech giant has been experimenting with AI-generated audio clips for search queries and using AI to allow users to "try on" clothing before purchasing.
