At the time, Orbán was a liberal anti-communist who had famously demanded the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Hungary. Now, Magyar is projected to end Orbánâs 16-year stint as Hungaryâs prime minister. The playing field for Sundayâs parliamentary vote was tilted against Magyar.
