Snapdragon’s new PC chips tap AirJet’s radical solid-state cooling

Qualcomm has launched its second-generation Snapdragon X2 Elite and Elite Extreme chips, with the X2 Elite Extreme featuring 18 cores that can sustain 4.4GHz and boost up to 5GHz. The reference designs look impressive, including a "frisbee" design and a thin mini PC, but it remains to be seen if the AirJet cooling solution will gain widespread adoption in the PC market.
