Oura Ring 4 gets new ceramic options and a charging case
Oura, the company behind the popular smart ring, has introduced new ceramic options for its fourth-generation Ring 4. The Ring 4 Ceramic comes in four colors - Cloud (white), Midnight (dark blue), Petal (pink), and Tide (pale green) - and is priced at $499. The new ceramic coating offers increased durability, with the color embedded into the material, making it resistant to scratches and discoloration. Oura is also launching a charging case for the Ring 4, allowing users to charge their ring on the go, with the case providing up to 5 full charges. Additionally, Oura is introducing "Multi-Ring Support," enabling users to switch between multiple Ring 4s without losing their health data. The company is also offering a $99 blood test called "Health Panels," which screens for over 50 health markers, with the results available in the Oura app along with personalized recommendations.
