Steam posts sale dates for the first half of 2026
Steam has announced the dates for its various sales and themed events for the first half of 2026. The big Autumn sale will start on September 29th, and the Winter sale will be held from December 18th to January 5th. The upcoming events include Detective Fest, Board Game Fest, Typing Fest, PvP Fest, Horse Fest, Steam Next Fest, Tower Defense Fest, Steam Spring Sale, House & Home Fest, Hidden Object Fest, Medieval Fest, Deckbuilders Fest, and Ocean Fest. While Steam is transparent about its sales calendar, the company has been less forthcoming about its plans for upcoming hardware, such as potential updates to the Steam Deck.
