Blade Joins Marvel Rivals August 8, Along With New (And Removed) Team-Ups
Marvel Rivals' Season 3.5 update, set to release on August 8, will introduce the popular vampire-hunter Blade to the game's Duelist lineup. Blade will bring a mix of sword-based abilities and a shotgun, making him a potent addition to the roster. The update will also see changes to team-up abilities, with some being removed, such as Guardian Revival and Luna Snow and Iron Fist's Atlas Bond, and new ones being added, like Duality Dance and Vibrant Vitality. Competitive play will also be affected, with increased penalties for those leaving matches and more compensation for players forced to endure the remaining match. Additionally, the Throne of Knull map and a new Resource Rumble mode will be introduced on August 22. Further details on hero balance changes and team-up adjustments will be announced in the future.
