New Rick and Morty spinoff will follow the adventures of Keith David’s President Curtis
A new Rick and Morty spinoff series, titled "President Curtis," will focus on the adventures of the U.S. President Andre Curtis, played by Keith David. The series will be co-created by Rick and Morty executive producers Dan Harmon and James Siciliano, and will feature Stephanie Beatriz and Jim Rash as members of the president's eccentric staff. The spinoff will explore President Curtis's world more deeply, as he handles interdimensional diplomacy, paranormal investigations, and unexplained phenomena in the absence of Rick Sanchez. Keith David, who has portrayed the president throughout Rick and Morty's eight-season run, expressed his excitement to delve deeper into the character's world. This is the third Rick and Morty spinoff, following the release of a series based on the show's superhero group The Vindictors in 2022, and the upcoming Rick and Morty: The Anime, set to premiere in 2024.
