The Supreme Court ruled earlier this week in a 6-3 decision that California teachers cannot hide from parents the fact that their child is identifying as trans in school while the broader case works its way through the courts, but the real question is, what on Earth were the three dissenting liberals thinking? In fairness, our justices of the left, Elena Kagan, Sonya Sotomayor and Katanji Brown-Jackson, did not render a final judgment in the case.
