Pokémon Pokopia looks like Animal Crossing for Pokémon fans and I'm here for it
In a surprise announcement, Game Freak revealed Pokémon Pokopia, a game inspired by the Animal Crossing series. Players will assume the role of a Ditto who has taken on a human form, with the goal of creating a comfortable home for their Pokémon friends. As the Ditto interacts with new Pokémon, they'll learn abilities that can be used to transform their community, leading to more Pokémon coming to live in the player's home. The game features a tilt-shift art style reminiscent of the Pokémon series' third generation. Pokémon Pokopia is set to be a Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive, but an exact release date has not yet been announced.
