The widow of conservative activist Charlie Kirk faced her husbandâs accused killer, Tyler Robinson, in court for the first time Monday as Utah prosecutors began presenting some of their evidence in hopes of convincing a judge to allow the case to proceed to trial. Erika Kirk, who sat beside her late husbandâs parents in the courtroom, appeared visibly emotional at times as witnesses described the day Charlie Kirk was shot and killed while addressing a crowd of thousands at a Utah university last September.
