Motorola Joins the Thin Phone Trend With the X70 Air

Motorola has entered the market for ultra-thin smartphones with the launch of the X70 Air, a device that measures just 5.9mm in thickness. This new offering from the tech company is currently available exclusively in China. The X70 Air features a 6.55-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. In terms of camera capabilities, the X70 Air boasts a triple-lens setup on the back, including a 50MP primary camera, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. The device also includes a 32MP selfie camera. Motorola claims that the X70 Air's slim design is achieved through the use of advanced engineering and innovative cooling solutions. The phone is equipped with a 4,600mAh battery with support for 68W fast charging. While the X70 Air is currently only available in China, it remains to be seen whether Motorola will expand the availability of this ultra-thin smartphone to other markets in the future.
