LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight has a few key differences from other LEGO video games. The biggest difference is that instead of being able to freely swap between dozens or even hundreds of characters, you will only be able to play as seven Characters in Legacy of the Dark Knight (though each character can obtain multiple Outfits). Each Character also has their own unique gadgets and skills, which can be utilized both in combat, and are vital to solving the game's many puzzles. This page includes information on when each Character unlocks, and the skills they bring to the Bat Family. Though you technically begin the game as young Bruce Wayne, it won't be until you've completed the Prologue that Batman can truly begin. This means you won't be able to swap out costumes or use most of Batman's signature moves until you officially put on the cowl. As the main character, you have to have Batman as "Player 1" at all times, so he naturally has the most flexible gadgets. On top of being able to use Batarangs as ranged threats, and pulling in foes with his Batclaw, Batman can also unlock a variety of other gadgets to help him with puzzle-solving, including different kinds of vision m
