Trainer Tower - Pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green Guide - IGN

Trainer Tower is located north of Seven Island’s main town and, as the name suggests, is home to many Trainers. There are four battle modes, each offering a reward if you win. This Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen guide walks you through Trainer Tower, including how to reach it and all available modes, battles, and prizes. The Trainer Tower is at the north end of Seven Island and is essentially Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen’s version of the Battle Frontier or Battle Tower where you battle several Trainers with similarly-leveled Pokemon for prizes. The rewards in the Trainer Tower aren’t that great and can be found elsewhere, but it’s there if you want to do it. It's totally skippable, though. Before you can take on Trainer Tower, you first need to get there. Start by heading up from Seven Island’s main town, where a Trainer is waiting to battle you: After defeating Psychic Rodette, look below her to the right by the end of the fence to pick up a hidden Nanab Berry. Go left down the stairs and onto the beach. Interact with the sand three spaces left of the sign here to maybe find a Pearl.
