Microsoft 365 will be free for a year if you’re a college student
Microsoft is offering a free year-long subscription of Microsoft 365 Personal to college students as part of a meeting with the White House's AI Education Task Force. This subscription, normally priced at $99.99 annually, includes access to Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Copilot, and 1 TB of online storage. After the first year, students will be able to renew the subscription at a discounted rate of around $50 per year or $4.99 per month. Additionally, Microsoft is providing free AI courses to students and teachers via LinkedIn Learning. This initiative aims to support college students by providing them with valuable productivity tools and educational resources.
