HoYoverse's Star Rail spinoff is Honkai: Nexus Anima

HoYoverse, the developer behind popular gacha games, has announced a new spinoff titled "Honkai: Nexus Anima." The game is described as a "creature-collector adventure strategy game" with elements of auto-chess and pet-training mini-games, as well as world exploration. In the game's narrative, a sudden rupture has disrupted the balance between opposing forces, known as the "Nexus." Players will explore this realm, forging bonds with the resulting creatures, called "Anima," that are scattered throughout the world. The game is currently in development, and HoYoverse plans to conduct a closed beta test, the "Nexus Bond Test," on Windows and iOS platforms. Interested players can visit the registration page until September 12 to participate in the upcoming beta. While a release date has not yet been announced, the article suggests that Honkai: Nexus Anima will offer a unique blend of gameplay elements, drawing inspiration from titles like Teamfight Tactics and Pokémon.
