Nintendo wins a $2 million lawsuit against popular Switch modding webstore

Nintendo has won a $2 million lawsuit against Ryan Daly and the Modded Hardware website, which sold devices that allowed users to bypass Nintendo's piracy protections, including the popular MIG Switch flashcart. This is part of Nintendo's ongoing efforts to combat piracy and protect its intellectual property, including recent lawsuits against the makers of the Yuzu emulator, who agreed to pay $2.4 million and surrender their website.
