LEGO’s massive Death Star set with over 9k pieces will cost you everything

LEGO has unveiled a massive new Death Star set with 9,023 pieces, making it one of the largest LEGO sets ever released. The set, measuring 20.5 x 18.9 x 15.1 inches, features detailed replicas of iconic locations from the original Star Wars film, including the famous garbage chute, Emperor Palpatine's throne room, and the Imperial shuttle's hangar. It includes 38 LEGO Star Wars minifigures, including fan-favorite characters such as Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Princess Leia, and Darth Vader. The LEGO Star Wars Death Star Ultimate Collector Series building set (75419) will be available starting October 1st, 2025 as part of LEGO Insiders Early Access, with a public release on October 4th, 2025. The set will cost $999.99, and those who purchase it between October 1st and 7th will receive an exclusive LEGO Star Wars TIE Fighter with Imperial Hangar Rack for free, as well as 7,500 LEGO Insider Points. A limited edition poster showcasing the Death Star in all its grandeur will also be available for 5,000 points in the LEGO Insiders Rewards Center.
