Samsung announces a pair of flashy new party speakers

Samsung has announced two new party speakers, the ST50F and ST40F, designed for large gatherings both indoors and outdoors. The speakers feature dual dome tweeters with Samsung's Waveguide technology, which promises a wider and more even soundstage, as well as adjustable bass modes. The speakers also offer four sound modes - Standard, Wide, Stadium, and Outdoor - to optimize the audio for different environments. The visual aspect of the speakers is provided by Samsung's Party Lights+ system, with five mood presets and six dynamic lighting patterns that synchronize with the music. Both speakers are IPX4-rated for water resistance and have built-in DJ Booth and Karaoke modes. The ST50F model features wheels and a telescopic handle for easy transportation, with a battery life of up to 18 hours, while the ST40F has a handle but no wheels and a 12-hour battery life. The new Samsung Tower speakers are available for purchase starting this month, priced at $700 for the ST50F and $500 for the ST40F.
