Windows 11 security updates are now unskippable during setup

Microsoft has rolled out mandatory Windows 11 updates (KB5065848, KB5065847, and KB5065813) that significantly change the post-installation user experience. These updates will automatically install critical security fixes as soon as the computer is connected to a network, with no option for users to decline the updates. Additionally, during Windows 11 reinstallation, the system will be fully updated from the start. Meanwhile, Windows 11's market share continues to decline, as users find little compelling reason to upgrade from Windows 10, especially with Microsoft extending Windows 10 support for an additional year. Many PCs are also not compatible with Windows 11, further hindering its adoption. For those who prefer to stick with Windows 10, a free tool is available that extends support until 2032, though with some limitations.
