Honda teases its first full-size e-motorcycle with fast charging

Honda is preparing to unveil its first full-size electric motorcycle with fast charging capabilities. The new e-motorcycle is based on the "EV Fun Concept" introduced at the EICMA 2024 motorcycle trade show in Milan. The concept was designed to offer performance equivalent to a mid-sized internal combustion engine motorcycle and be compatible with CCS2 quick chargers, a fast charging standard in Europe. The company has shared a teaser video on its UK Instagram page, showcasing the new e-motorcycle undergoing test rides in Europe. The video suggests that the motorcycle will have a cruising range of over 100km and will be introduced on September 16th. However, the article notes that the e-motorcycle is likely to be available only in Europe and the United Kingdom, as the video was shared on the company's UK-specific social media platform.
