Eufy's latest security camera has three lenses and a detachable solar panel

Eufy, a security camera company, has introduced the EufyCam S4, its latest outdoor security camera. The camera features a fixed 4K wide-angle camera and two 2K sensors that activate when a potential intruder is detected, allowing the camera to pan, tilt, and zoom in on the subject. The camera also has a dual motion detection system, combining radar and passive infrared (PIR) technology to reduce false alarms. The camera is equipped with a detachable 5.5-watt solar panel that can fully charge the camera with an hour of direct sunlight, and a rechargeable battery is also included. The camera can be paired with Eufy's HomeBase S380, which uses the company's BionicMind AI technology for 99.9% accurate facial recognition and provides up to 16TB of local storage. The EufyCam S4 is priced at $300 and will be available later this year, with bundles of multiple cameras and a HomeBase S380 also being offered.
